Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Final pricing may be adjusted if:
- The actual scope of work differs from the original assessment.
- Additional labor, materials, safety equipment, or access requirements are necessary.
- Hidden conditions are discovered during service.
- Additional services are requested by the customer.
Approval of an estimate authorizes Solar Express Cleaning to perform the agreed-upon work.
Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled by service area and route efficiency rather than specific appointment times.
While we strive to arrive as scheduled, arrival times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers will generally receive a notification when technicians are on the way.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
This may include access to gates, side yards, rooftops, electrical equipment, water sources, and other areas necessary to complete the service.
If access is unavailable at the time of service, additional charges or rescheduling fees may apply.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payment may result in collection efforts and any remedies permitted by applicable law.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Solar Express Cleaning uses industry-standard cleaning methods designed to minimize risk to solar equipment.
Customers acknowledge that:
- Cleaning results may vary based on environmental conditions.
- We do not guarantee specific energy production increases.
- Existing panel damage, defective equipment, inverter issues, electrical faults, microcracks, or manufacturer defects are not the responsibility of Solar Express Cleaning.
- Production verification services are informational only and do not constitute diagnostic or engineering services.
Birdproofing Services
Birdproofing systems are designed to help prevent birds from accessing areas beneath solar panels.
Warranty coverage applies only to the areas serviced by Solar Express Cleaning and is subject to the terms provided in the customer’s estimate or service agreement.
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by third parties.
- Alterations or removal of installed materials by others.
- Vandalism, abuse, neglect, or misuse.
- Natural disasters, severe weather events, fire, earthquakes, or other events beyond our control.
- Areas not included in the original scope of work.
Permanent Lighting Installations
Permanent lighting systems may include manufacturer warranties where applicable.
Solar Express Cleaning’s labor warranty, if provided, is limited to the period stated in the customer’s estimate.
We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, software issues, mobile applications, network connectivity issues, or warranty decisions made by product manufacturers.
Safety
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if conditions are determined to be unsafe.
Unsafe conditions may include, but are not limited to:
- Severe weather
- Unsafe roof conditions
- Structural concerns
- Electrical hazards
- Aggressive animals
- Conditions that place technicians or property at unreasonable risk
